Caty Rozema

Associate Director, Program Manager- Public Sector and FirstNet, Defense Segment

Ms. Rozema serves as an Associate Director with AT&T Public Sector and FirstNet, Department of Defense Segment. In her role, Ms. Rozema facilitates the delivery of commercial capabilities on the Network as a Service (NaaS) effort across three Air Force Bases. Additionally, she oversees special projects deploying cellular, Wi-Fi, and Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities for multiple Colorado Air Force/Space Force locations. Ms. Rozema’s diverse team is located across the country, from San Diego, CA to the Space Coast.

In addition, Ms. Rozema is responsible for leveraging AT&T core solutions including the AT&T Global Network, First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet), 5G, Managed Security Services, Software-Defined Networks, Network Function Virtualization, drone technology, and cloud and edge computing to enable the U.S. Warfighter’s mission. She understands first-hand the importance of having optimal weapons and resources in an operational environment.

Ms. Rozema joined AT&T in 2010 as a Systems Engineering Technical Assessment (SETA) contractor for multiple Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) weapon systems. She served as a Client Solutions Executive leading Engineering and logistics personnel for two years before taking on her current role as an Associate Director.

Prior to joining AT&T, Ms. Rozema was a logistician, technical writer, and trainer for multiple offensive and defensive space control weapon systems. She began her government contracting career with the Department of State. In that role, she implemented Congressional biometric mandates and served as a trainer for the Department of Consular Affairs at U.S. Missions across the globe.

Ms. Rozema earned a BA in English, Communications, and Art from Calvin University. She is a board member on the Air Force Association (AFA) Lance P. Sijan Chapter and serves as the state VP for Aerospace Education. She is also on the AFA National Aerospace Education Council. She is also a member of the AFCEA Rocky Mountain Chapter. Ms. Rozema serves as a board member for the Women of AT&T Employee Resource Group. She also leads AT&T’s national AFA CyberPatriot Cyber Camps with locations in California, Colorado, Texas, and Ohio.
